Kia ora! In todays task we had to put animals that would either be in the Predator group, Prey group, And both Predator and prey group! But we had to make it that the groups were towards a lion. Like for emxample imagine a Zebra towards a lion, it Is a prey animal! Heres some facts about lion: Fact No.1 Did you know that lions night vision is six times better than humans? No.2 Did you know that once lion find out their children aren’t related to them they kill them. No. 3 Did you know that lion cubs are born with black spots on them, but in time they fade away so you can’t see them. N0.4 Did you know that Male lion sleep up to TWENTY hours a day !?? My last and most favourite fact is that did you know that a Male lions roar can be so loud it goes all the way up to FIVE MILES away!! Bye have a great day!!!!!!

Kia ora, I haven’t been on track with my SLJ recently. I am pretty upset about that, because there is only a month beffore school! Its currently 5:50 am right now. I didn’t get much sleep but I’m very desprete to post this! I learned a ton of amazing facts about Rats and I had the best time learning about Rats. You probably thought Rats don’t really care about their hygiene right? Well your wrong! Despite Rats being in the yuckiest places ever, like dirty sewers, abandoned buildings, bins, and even in old dusty basements they try their best not to get dirty, its pretty weird to think right?! Anyways, I’m going to bed now I am Super tired, Goodnight! Or good morning if you just woke up. When I wake up i’ll do more!

I’ve been really behind with my SLJ recently becauce my holiday has been very busy! I’ll still try my best to keep my Learning going. Anyways, I made my own animal! The featres are on my paper. The reason why I wanted to create a dragon is because Raya and THE LAST DRAGON is one of my favourite movies! This creature is obviously Fiction, and is a fantasy animal! The Dragon Sisu, likes to help Raya on many journeys while Raya is headed off for an adventure. There used to be 5 dragons and 4 of them turned to statues! Because after being touched by Druun, thats what caused some people and the dragons to turn into statues. Raya’s Dad tought her heaps of skills to know she can stay safe by her self, beffore he got turned into a statue. After their adveture they unfroze everybody! Have a nice day bye bye!

Kia Ora, This task I had to do for SLJ it was to coulor a line drawing os an Octopus, And also I made a poster! I really hope you like my poster and Octopus drawing! I spent a lot of time with this activity, I also made the Octopus Navy blue becase its my favourite coulor. Bonus fact,: Did you know that New Zealand is one of the 9 countries Octopus are most likely to live in!? Anyways, I hope you have a great rest of your day and I hope you like my SLJ task. Also please ignore how I made the Octopus have 9 hearts! I got mixed up with an Octopus having 9 brains and 9 hearts. But an Octopus actually has 3 hearts!

So basically we had to use google slides for todays activity and write about the animal you selected. The reason why I decided to pick False Coral snakes is because the coulors really popped out to me! I also made a paper with facts about False Coral snakes. If you are not able to see Its says facts and thse are what I wrote down ” 1. Did you knowthat most of the population belive False Coral snakes carry toxins in their body but they dont!  2. Kia ora, my task that I had to do was legs, legs, legs? And we had to draw a very uniqe creatre with diffrent animal body features. I drew mine using giraffe ears,monkey ears,elephant arms,penguin feet,cat whiskers,deer antlers, and a koala face! If I ever saw this uniqe creature in real life, I would be frightened,scared, and horiffied !! I really hope you like the way I made my creature, I can’t wait to see yours!

Kia Ora, after hearing about Mosha’s story which was very inspering, I know that he is a very tough and a strong Elephant. I know he is using his prostetic leg for good use! When I also heard about Turbo’s story I learnt that nothing can stop him from being so cheeky!! Despite him being super small for what strong of a body he has he keeps going! What great animals. I really hope they keep it up!

Kia Ora, My task was to draw a picture of a Weta Punga! One fact I have learnt from the video was that Weta Punga has been around for 190 MILLION YEARS! That proves how strong Weta Punga really are. I drew a Weta and I really hope you like it! Have a nice day, and I cant wait to learn more!
